Contributions to the Newington Republican Town Committee are governed by State laws and regulations concerning “party committees,” as that term is defined in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 9-601(2).  In general, individual contributions to the Newington Republican Town Committee are limited to $2,000 per year in the aggregate. 

 However, communicator lobbyists and their spouses and children are limited to aggregate contributions of $100 per year, and minor children are limited to aggregate contributions of $30 per year.  Business entities, state contractors, prospective state contractors, principals of state contractors, principals of prospective state contractors, principals of pre-qualified state contractors are prohibited from making contributions to the Newington Republican Town Committee.   Note no corporate or company checks will be accepted for payment of contributions from individuals.
